Located in the Powning District on Riverside Drive in Reno, this project consisted of the initial renovation and remodel of an existing cluster of older houses to ready it for a now vibrant and thriving commercial/retail center.  The center now is home to several businesses including The Hub coffee house, Beaujolais Bistro restaurant and Dorinda’s Chocolates.
