Travis gained his working knowledge as a project manager in the San Francisco Bay area for Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction, giving him high tech and biotech construction expertise both in new construction and Tenant Improvements. His duties involve field supervision, scheduling, budget management, bidding/estimating and plan review. Travis is a past president of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
